When a new student enters, or an existing student leaves, the change will impact the monthly billing for the licenses. Please submit the change during the given period.
To apply a student count change to a month's billing, please submit the change between the 16th of the previous month and the 15th of the applicable month.
For example, a student count change for June is the following:
The student count change for June is required to be submitted between May 16 and June 15.
The finalizing of the monthly billing will be processed from 23:30 on the 15th every month. Changes cannot be applied to the month's billing after the process starts.
For safety, please submit the student count change as early as possible on the 15th.

"Adjustment" is a field that is used when student count submission is delayed. If the license fee for the student has been missed in the applicable monthly billing, the fee is added as an "Adjustment" to the next billing.
If the submission of new students is delayed
If the submission is delayed and the license fee of the new student did not make it to the recent billing, we will add it to the next billing. Please email customer support as soon as you are aware of the delay.

If the submission of students leaving is delayed
When you submit a decrease in student number after the month's billing has been closed, the change will be applied from the following month.
If you delay the submission of the student who left in the previous month, we cannot return the license fee of the student once the month's billing has been closed.
If a student has left, please submit the change during the given period.
