School Reports
GrapeSEED School Reports can offer you a great insight into how well your school or region is executing the GrapeSEED classroom effectively.
How to View School Reports
To view your school reports, log in to the reports section of the portal with your account credentials.
This will open the Reports page. There are 3 categories of reports you may view and download:
- School
- Analytics
- Course Analytics
You may navigate to any report by clicking on its name in the table.
You may also click on a category like School in the menu on the left side of the page to open a drop down menu. Click on the report you would like to view from the drop down menu.
In every report, you can copy the grid data and paste it on a notepad, word document, or Excel sheet.
The School Count Report
The School Count report shows you the current number of schools, campuses, classes, and teachers within your region or school. It will display the numbers in a table read from left to right starting with totals, GrapeSEED count, and LittleSEED count for that region or school.
Each region or school's name is listed on the far left side of the table, followed by school count, campus count, class count, student count, and teacher count.
The School Count report pulls these totals and displays the difference between the current month and previous month's count as an increase or decrease.
How to Manage the School Count Report
You may change the current month and comparison month by clicking on the month's name below 'School Count'. This will open a drop down menu. Click on the month you would like to be current month and it will compare it to the month before.
You may change the current year by clicking on the year's name below 'School Count'. This will open a drop down menu. Click on the year you would like to compare months from to change it.
The 'Current' option fetches the current month's data.
To download the report, click on Export above the table.
School Info Report
The School Info report allows you to generate a report based on the criteria that you want to see specifically. To do so, click on the region name box below 'School Info' at the top of the page. This will open a drop down menu. From the drop down menu, select the region you would like to create a report from. This will populate a table with all the schools, campuses, classes, teacher/parent names, emails, and students associated with that region.
How to Manage the School Info report
You have the option to filter the data in the 'School Info' report. To do so, click on Edit Columns on the far right side of the 'School Info Report' page. This will open a right hand side bar menu. Below 'Select Fields' you may place a check mark next to the fields you wish to populate the report. The categories you select will be exported when you click Export to download the report. These fields include:

Below 'Select Filters' you may filter the report by school and teacher tags.
To do so, click on the drop down menu next to Teacher Tag to select the teacher tag you would like to filter the report by. To filter the report by a school tag, click on the drop down menu next to School Tag to select your desired school tag.
To filter the report by active or disabled classes, click on the drop down menu next to Class and select Active or Disabled.
When you are satisfied with your selections, click on Apply. If you want to cancel, click on Cancel.
Click on Export above the table on the right hand side to download the report.
Unit Plan Report
The unit plan report grants you insight about every unit plan currently being taught in your region, school, and campus. The unit plan report is transposed at the start date of each unit. Click on Unit PLan Reports on the Reports Homepage to open the 'Unit Plan Report' page. The unit plan report may be filtered by region, school, and campus. To do so, select your region, school, or campus from the drop down menu, and select Apply.
This will create a list of every unit plan currently being taught within your selected parameters.
How to Manage the Unit Plan Report
The Unit Plan Report will provide you with the following details about the unit plans that fall within your region, school, and/or campus.

- Student Count
- Current Unit
- Current Unit Start Date
- Planned Unit
- Planned Unit Start
- Planned Unit End

You may export the Unit Plan Report data into a PDF file by clicking on Export on the far right side above the list of unit plans.
You may enable GUID ID numbers, or Global Unique ID numbers, by placing a check mark next to Show IDs above the Export button. GUID ID numbers allow users to more easily read through data by using unique numbers to avoid duplicates. When enabled, GUID ID numbers can be exported with the Unit Plan Report as well.
License History Report
The License History Report shows the changes in various license counts over time in your region. The report provides following details. You can filter report data either by region group or region.
- License count view
- Digital adoption view
The license count view shows Total, GrapeSEED and LittleSEED license counts for every month and on a Digital adoption view you can see the monthwise textbook and digital user count for past one year.
Click on the export buttons to download License count and Digital adoption reports respectively.
GrapeSEED Connect Reports
The GrapeSEED Connect Reports contain information about connect sessions run in a region and user attendance for connect sessions you have permission to view. These reports can be used to troubleshoot connection problems and view class attendance.
Connect Session History Report
The Session History report shows detailed information about every GS Connect session you have access to. This information includes the duation, unit, lesson, student count, and teacher for that session.

This report can be filtered by Region, School, and Campus depending on your permission level and utilizes the same date range picking mechanism as our other reports.
Click on the Export button to download report details in an excel file.
Connect Session Attendance Report
This report contains records of every user that attended Connect sessions in a given date range. The data contained in the report pertains to the user, device, and connection stability of that user for that session (linked by date).
You can filter this report by Region, School, Campus, and Role depending on your permission level. The information here can be used to see if the user's OS or Browser version is up to date, what their device/model is, their resolution, etc. In addition, you can see precisely which users logged in to a Connect session on a particular day.

Digital REP Usage Report
Digital REP usage report provides active students count and percentage based on their average playlist and library time for respective regions. You can filter report data on a time-period basis. You can also choose between playlist time and library time to view active students.

Digital Student REP Log Report
This report provides detailed information about each student's digtal REP activity. You can filter report data on the basis of time period, region, school, campus, and class. You can also choose between playlist time and library time to view the student REP log.

Nexus Session History
The Nexus Session History report provides information about the Nexus sessions running in a region, including unit and lesson number details for each session. You can filter report data on the basis of time period, region, school, and campus. You can also choose between different session modes to view details.

The Nexus student Attendance report provides a summary and detailed information about users who have attended Nexus sessions. You can filter report data on the basis of time period, region, school, campus, class, and role.
