Invitation Code Lookup

You may view and access the invitation codes sent within your region to parents, teachers, administrators, account managers, and coaches.

The 'Invitation Code Lookup' tool allows you to search by invitation code.You may need to lookup an invitation code for a number of reasons. Most commonly, a parent may have lost their code and request another, and you must check the status of their previous code.

How to Use the Invitation Code Lookup Tool

To open the 'Invitation Code Lookup' tool click on Administration in the header to the left of your profile name and select Code Lookup from the drop down menu. This will open the 'Invitation Code Lookup' form.

Enter the invitation code you would like to lookup into the 'Code' form and click Search. This will provide the following details about the invitation code:

• Invitation Type
• Invitation Status
• Invitation School, Campus, and Class

Invitation Status

You will find the code's 'Invitation Status' listed below 'Invitation Type'. Invitation codes may have 3 statuses:

• Accepted
• Pending
• Expired

Accepted codes have been activated by their recipient. Pending codes haven't been activated by their recipient yet, and expired codes were never activated and therefore have expired.
