Coach and Account Manager

When you add a new school to your region, you must first invite and assign a coach and/or an account Manager to your new school.

Coaches play an active role implementing the GrapeSEED program in a new school, as they train teachers, provide support, and review important GrapeSEED concepts to ensure educators can execute GrapeSEED effectively.

Account managers are an optional user who handles duties relating to a school's licenses, shipments, and general administrative tasks.

You may invite and remove coaches and account managers from your school by logging into the Schools.GrapeSEED website listed above with your account credentials.

How to View Your Coaches

To view, invite, and manage your region's coaches, click on Manage Region on the far right side of your region page. From the drop down menu, select Region Coaches. This will open the 'Coaches' page. From the Coaches page you may view your school's current coaches, invite new coaches, and remove old coaches.

You may also access the 'Coaches' page directly from your new school's page. Click on the Editing Icon button to the right of 'Coach' to open the 'Coaches' page.

Coach Details

Coach details are now accessible for training managers, including important information about training. To view them, open your School's page and click on the Editing Icon icon next to 'Coach' to view the 'Coach List'.

From the 'Coach List' click the name of the coach you would like to view training details for to open their Coach Details page.

How to View and Track Coach Details

The Coach Details page provides the following important details about coach training. These include:

  • Latest Training Course
  • Total Videos Watched
  • Total Videos Watched in the Last Month
  • Total Time Spent Watching Training Videos
  • Total Time Spent Watching Training Videos in the Last Month

You may further view the coaches training history by clicking on blue View Courses icon below Total Time in the Last Month. This will open 'Course View History' in the right hand sidebar. Click on Close to close the sidebar.

To view the coach's individual responses for each course, click on the name of the course in the right sidebar to expand the questions and responses.

How to Invite New Coaches

To add a new coach, open the Coaches page and click on Invite Coach on the far right side of the page. This will open the 'Invite Coach' form. Enter the email or phone number of the person you would like to invite in the form.

The phone number option will only be available if the policy is enabled at the region level.

If used, the phone number must be valid and able to receive SMS messages to activate the account.

Click on Invite to send your invitation. Once your recipient receives the invitation they may create and confirm their account by email or SMS message. If your recipient is already a GrapeSEED users, they will automatically be added.

How to Change School Associations for Coaches and Assign Training Managers

Check the Training Manager check box to make a coach a Training Manager. This will give the user visibility of all coaches and schools in your region as well as making them the recipient of Coach Feedback from teachers and greater visibility on the Support History page.

To change school associations for coaches, click on the number in the Schools column for that coach, then use the checkboxes in the corresponding popup dialog to assign or unassign schools to/from the coach. This action can also be done on Training Managers. When you save new associations, the coach will receive a notification letting them know what has changed.

How to Remove Coaches

To remove a coach from your region, go to your region page and click on the Editing Icon to the right of the coach's name. This will open the Region Coaches page.

The Region Coaches page displays all the coaches in your region in an easy to read list. From here, click on the green X to the far right of the coach's name that you would like to remove them.

How to View Your Account Managers

To view, invite, and manage your new school's Account Managers, go to your new school's page and click on the Editing Icon button to the right of 'Account Manager' to open the 'Account Managers' page.

From the Account Managers page you may view your school's current Account Managers, invite new Account Managers, and remove old Account Managers.

How to Invite New Account Managers

How to Remove Account Manager

To remove an account manager from your school, open the Account Managers page and click on the remove icon on the right side of the Account Manager list.
