Teacher Training

As a coach/training manager, you act as the mentor for GrapeSEED teachers within your school or region. It is your duty to ensure that teachers have the know how, materials, and skill to successfully teach GrapeSEED.

In addition to conduction LVAs and Class visits to accomplish that goal, you can also recommend training videos from the Training Site. These videos describe GrapeSEED's philosophy and detail how to conduct GrapeSEED lessons properly.

How to Recommend Teacher Training Videos

There are two ways to recommend videos to other users.

As a coach, you have the same rights and responsibilities to use the teacher training website as teachers. lease refer to the Teacher role guide listed above (at the Training Site) to learn how to use the teacher training platform and recommend videos.

As a training manager, you can invite users to courses. Click on the 3 dots icon in the top right corner of the course card, then click Invite in the drop down.

If the course is not invitation based, you will only see the "Share" option in the dropdown.

When you select Invite, a popup will appear that will allow you to invite roles or users depending on the course settings. Fill in the form and click the Invite button.

Training Managers have the ability to invite roles/users under their permission level. This means that Training Managers will be able to invite coaches and external roles/users within their region. Note: Only Training Admin users have the ability to remove invitations
