GrapeSEED School Reports can offer you a great insight into how well your school or region is executing the GrapeSEED classroom effectively

You may view and download reports about important information relating to your school or region from the Reports.GrapeSEED website listed above.

How to View School Reports

To view your school reports, log in to the Reports.GrapeSEED website listed above with your account credentials.

This will open the Reports page. There are 3 categories of reports you may view and download:

  • School
  • Analytics
  • Course Analytics

You may navigate to any report by clicking on its name in the table.

You may also click on a category like School in the menu on the left side of the page to open a drop down menu. Click on the report you would like to view from the drop down menu.

School Reports

The School Count Report

The School Count report shows you the current number of schools, campuses, classes, and teachers within your region or school. It will display the numbers in a table read from left to right starting with totals, GrapeSEED count, and LittleSEED count for that region or school.

Each region or school's name is listed on the far left side of the table, followed by school count, campus count, class count, student count, and teacher count.

The School Count report pulls these totals and displays the difference between the current month and previous month's count as an increase or decrease.

How to Manage the School Count Report

You may change the current month and comparison month by clicking on the month's name below 'School Count'. This will open a drop down menu. Click on the month you would like to be current month and it will compare it to the month before.

You may change the current year by clicking on the year's name below 'School Count'. This will open a drop down menu. Click on the year you would like to compare months from to change it.

To download the report, click on Export above the table.

The Student Count By Unit Report

The Student Count by Unit report counts students by what unit they currently are studying across your region, school, campus, and classes. The table displays this count as the total number of students studying each unit, as well as their percentage.

Each region or region group's name is listed on the far left side of the table. The table's top rows denote LittleSEED and GrapeSEED units. Below them you will find the count of students studying that unit in that region.

How to Manage the Student Count By Unit Report

You may change the current month by clicking on the month's name below 'School Count'. This will open a drop down menu. Click on the month you would like to be current month and it will pull student count by unit for that month.

You may change the current year by clicking on the year's name below 'Student Count by Unit'. This will open a drop down menu. Click on the year you would like to view and it will pull student count by unit during that time frame.

To filter the table by region, click on Filter by Region below 'Student Count by Unit'.

To filter the table by region groups, click on Filter by Region Groups below 'Student Count By Unit'.

The License History Report

School Info Report

The School Info report allows you to generate a report based on the criteria that you want to see specifically. To do so, click on the region name box below 'School Info' at the top of the page. This will open a drop down menu. From the drop down menu, select the region you would like to create a report from. This will populate a table with all the schools, campuses, classes, teacher/parent names, emails, and students associated with that region.

How to Manage the School Info report

You may filter this table by the table categories, like classes or teacher names, so your report only provides you relevant information. To do so, click on Edit Columns on the far right above the table. This will open a right side bar with each table category selected. You have the choice to add or filter out the following fields:

  • LS Max Unit

Campus Details:

  • Campus ID
  • Campus Admin Name

The categories you select will be exported when you click Export to download the report.

Un-check the categories you don't want to track, and check mark the categories you would like to be included in your report. Click on Save to save your selections.

Click on Export above the table on the right hand side to download the report.

Unit Plan Report

The Unit Plan Report provides all information related to unit plans in your school. To generate a unit plan report, select your region, school, and campus from the drop down menus below 'Unit Plan Report' at the the top of the page, and then click on Apply. This will populate a list of all unit plans in your particular school or campus.

The Unit Plan Report will provide the following details for each unit being taught:

  • School
  • Class
  • Campus
  • Teacher
  • Lessons per week
  • Student age
  • Student Count
  • Current Unit
  • Current Unit Start Dat
  • Planned Unit
  • App Unlock State
  • Planned unit start date
  • Planned unit end date
  • Lesson Number

The current unit being taught will always be highlighted in yellow.

Depending on your school or campus, the Unit Plan report will contain a lot of data. This data can be exported by clicking on Export below the Apply button at the top of the page.

In order to better manipulate and analyse unit plan report data you must differentiate the list by school, campus, and class. The 'Show Ids' feature on the unit plan report creates and attaches a custom ID number to each unit based on school, campus, and class. To enable 'Show Ids' place a check mark to the left of Show Ids at the top of the page. When you export your data, it will include these unique ID numbers.

How to Export a Report

You may easily export and download a report onto your computer for further inspection. To do so, go to the Reports home page and click on the report you would like to export. From that report's page, click on the Export button below the 'Class' drop down menu to download the report to your computer.

In every report, you can copy the grid data and paste it on a notepad, word document, or Excel sheet.
