Email Notifications
As a GrapeSEED School Admin you will receive important emails with regard to your school, teachers, classes, and much more. You may wish to filter these notifications so that you only receive the most important or relevant notifications.
You may view and manage your email notification settings by logging into the Schools.GrapeSEED website listed above with your account credentials.
How to View and Manage Email Notifications
To view your 'Email Notification Settings' log into the Schools.GrapeSEED website listed above with your account credentials. Once logged in, click on your username in the top right hand corner. From the drop down menu, click on Edit Profile. This will open the 'My Profile' page.
From the 'My Profile' page, click on Email Notification Settings below your profile picture. This will open the 'Email Notifications Settings' in the right hand side bar. From here you will see a list of the following notifications settings that may be checked on or off:
- Select All
- Notifications
- Role Added Notifications
- Material Request
- Survey Activity
- Survey Request
- Unit Plan Reminder
- Student Linked
- Visitation
- Teacher Add/Removed
- Class Assigned
School Admins will now receive email notifications for upcoming units of classes. This will be enabled by default. It's important to note that some notifications and system messages cannot be disabled.
Once you're happy with your changes, click on Save at the bottom of the side bar to save your email notification settings.
